Hi, I'm Robin Stuart.
As a humble hominid, I'm on a mission to think more clearly and develop higher-level thinking habits. We need clear, open-minded thinkers today more than ever.
I'm deeply passionate about the human story, and how a deeper understanding of the human condition leads to growth. I feel fortunate to ponder these ideas directly from Africa – the cradle where humankind emerged.

By day, I host safaris with Bushtops, our family business in East Africa. We have three luxury tented camps situated in the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem – home to the great wildebeest migration.
By night, I venture out to marvel at the beauty of unspoiled African skies. My creative pursuits in astrophotography won me Africa Geographic's Photographer of the Year, among other accolades.
My most prized photograph, is a scene with a Masai warrior teaching his boy about the stars. The Masai people are a semi-nomadic tribe in East Africa. My goal was to capture the special moment where one generation passes wisdom on to the next.
Success for a scarab – the mighty African dung beetle – is charting a straight path away from competing critters rummaging in a mound of manure. By day they steer using a landmark or the sun, and by night the moon. How though on a moonless night? Scientists in South Africa discovered the glow from the Milky Way was their guiding light.
